Black Cherry Blast


Cherries and blackberries have detoxifying properties that promote eye, skin and bone health. To give the smoothie a smooth blend, remove the pits from fresh cherries and place in the freezer with a half of cup of fresh blackberries for an hour. The apple cider vinegar will give this delicious mix its unique taste.

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Frozen Blackberries
1 Cup Frozen Cherries, pitted
4 oz. 100% Pineapple Juice
3 Tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar (with the ‘mother’) 1 Tbsp. Milled Flaxseed

Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a blender (recommend Nutribulletuntil smooth. Makes one serving.
